Production time

Production takes 1–3 business days after you order. For an uploaded logo or photo, it starts once you approve the proof.

Delivery in the United States

Standard shipping within the US takes 3–7 business days after production. The product page, cart and checkout show an estimated delivery date.

Delivery to Canada

Most items also ship to Canada. Delivery to Canada usually takes 7–21 days after production.

If an item cannot be shipped to your address, checkout tells you before you pay.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost depends on the items and where they are going. Your cart and checkout show the exact cost before you pay, and nothing is added later.

Many items ship free within the US once your order reaches a set amount. When that applies, your cart shows it.

Tracking

When your order ships, the tracking number appears on the order page in Account › Orders.

Address problems, lost or damaged packages

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email fomaprintsocial@gmail.com right away and we will fix it before the order ships.
