Where is my order?
Sign in and open Account › Orders. Each order shows its status and, once shipped, its tracking number.
Can I change my engraving text?
Yes, if you message us within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts.
How does personalization approval work?
For names, text and ready-made designs, the preview you see when you customize is your approval. For an uploaded logo or photo we send you a proof first, and nothing is made until you approve it.
